Rubrics turn "does this look OK?" into a checklist. Especially good for reviewers who are new to a topic.

Example prompt

Score this draft policy on: clarity (1–5), inclusivity (1–5), safeguarding (1–5). For each score, give one sentence of evidence and one suggested fix.
